The 7th PAllas Cloud Experiment took place at Finnish Meteorological Institute Pallas-Sodankylä Global Atmosphere Watch (GAW) station in Finnish sub-Arctic region (Lapland) during autumn 2017.The scope was to examine the aerosol-cloud interactions by using both in-situ and remote-sensing techniques.
The USRL participated with their UAVs, conducting flights up to the altitude of 2.5 km measuring real-time particle size distributions and basic meteorological parameters (temperature, relative humidity and pressure).
